What it does in Muse

When someone comments a keyword on an Instagram Reel you own, Comment2Chat private-replies with the file and can continue on WhatsApp Business Cloud API with your Stripe Payment Link.

It does not draft generic Instagram DMs (Muse can). It does not use personal WhatsApp as the sales number. It does not share proactively. Tools are free.

Retrieval only on this surface. Preview does not persist and does not send. Stats are counts. Comments return handle, text, matched — not email or phone.

What it will not do

• Cold DM or message a comment that is not the live keyword
• Read personal WhatsApp (E2E). Sales use WhatsApp Business Cloud API only

• Return secrets, tokens, or debug payloads to Muse
• Share into the user’s network unprompted
